Looks like a beautiful day, Patricia. I have never been to Van Patten Woods. Last year Carl's Cub Scout troop Hiked Lake County, maybe I can get in on the VPW trip when they do it this year. Any more pictures to share?
Thanks for the suggestion - I will put some photos on. Next time I will take my hiking stick from the forest preserves.
